2025 ANNUAL MEETING

The Carolina Regional Volleyball Association will hold its Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors on Friday, June 6, 2025 at 7:00 pm. The Annual Meeting will kick off the 2025 Board Retreat being held in Greensboro. The Annual Meeting is open to any Carolina Region member through a Zoom link. Contact the Region Office if you would like to receive the link.

The main purpose of this Annual Meeting is to update the Region membership and Board of Directors on the 2024/2025 season.  There are no Board member elections scheduled during the Annual Meeting.

At the conclusion of the Annual Meeting, the board will hold a business meeting to review items from the Junior Advisory Board meeting and prepare for the Retreat agenda on Saturday, June 7. If you have an agenda item you wish to have the board consider at this Region Board meeting, please forward to the Region Office by May 5.
