We are a new Team/Club and our Club name is not listed in the Carolina Region Tournament System and we do not have an HQ Account in the MMS? Can we still register and how do we get our Club Registered?

Yes, clubs and individuals can register anytime during the year (they just need to keep in mind how many more events are available to participate in if they are registering mid-season). New clubs can submit the 2025-2026 Club Registration Form to the Region at any time for us to add the club to the Tournament System and request an HQ account (existing clubs will also need to submit annually as well so we can keep the Club information updated).
