The Region Office is usually open from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm EST on weekdays during the indoor season. In the off-season, the Region Office hours will vary. The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Those needing tournament information during the weekends should see our website, Tournament System, and/or contact the Tournament Contact directly (contact information provided on the Tournament System).  We request all questions and requests be submitted by email as we can handle 99% of all issues best with an email reply (which can include information and links for next steps).  We usually reply to all emails within one business day.
