STEVE MCKEON
Youth & Junior Girl’s EAST Rep

Steve founded and is the Director of the NC Coastal Volleyball Club in Wilmington NC.

Steve currently holds his USA Volleyball (USAV) Coaching Accreditation Program (CAP) II certification, is a certified USAV IMPACT/Safe Sport Coaching Instructor, has been a USAV High Performance (HP) Coach since 2014 on the regional and national HP training levels and recently worked as a clinician for Gold Medal Squared.

Steve views coaching as a privilege and a profession and is a strong advocate for continuing education for both players and coaches. He feels there is an opportunity to grow at any stage in the development process and encourages continued education and development.
