When does the Early Bird price discounts end this season?
INDIVIDUAL FEES: Beginning with the 2022 season, the Carolina Region eliminated the Early Bird process for individual registrations. With the widespread use of the online registration system, an early bird registration period is no longer needed to manage the process. The individual early bird discount was originally put in place to help the Region process PAPER memberships, which were much more time-intensive to process. Paper memberships are no longer accepted, so the Early bird individual period is no longer necessary. For the 2024 season, the full Junior membership will be $55 ($30 to Region; $25 to USAV) and the full adult membership will be $50 ($25 to Region; $25 to USAV).
TEAM FEES: Junior Teams must be established by December 1 to receive the Early Bird fee of $65. Beginning December 2, the junior team fee will be $85. Multi-team Clubs may qualify for a quantity discount if all team registrations and fees are received by December 1 (see Club Info form for more info). There is no team fee for Adult teams this season. An Early Bird team fee process is still needed to clubs and the Regions can be sure to take care of all roster requirements well before tournaments begin.
